Can StudioDock handle spaces with different service levels?
Yes. Add each room or set, then sell it by the hour, as a fixed package, or as a package with overtime. Clients add gear, operators, and editing in checkout, and the time, payment, and client details stay on one booking.
Can our own team book the studio too?
Yes. Book your own team’s shoots from the admin schedule and set the price yourself, including €0 when nothing is due. Clients book the open hours online. Both use the same availability, so the same set cannot be booked twice.
Can I embed the booking form on my website?
Yes. Add the booking form to WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Framer, or any custom HTML site. Clients book without leaving your website.
What payment methods do my clients see?
Card payment through Stripe, a deposit, bank transfer, or payment at the studio. You choose which options each booking type allows.
How long does setup take?
You can publish your first set the same day. A multi-set studio usually takes a little longer to add rates, gear, packages, and the team. If you are moving from another tool, we help map your setup.
Can I migrate from another booking platform?
Yes. StudioDock includes a CSV importer for Peerspace exports, Bookly exports, and custom spreadsheets. You can also ask us to help with the move.
